Elena Kostioukovitch at the “Returning of the Names” political action, dedicated to the memory of the victims of political repression in the Soviet Union. In Milan, the action took place in Anna Politkovskaya Square. The demonstration was held simultaneously in every country of the world on 29 October 2023, by initiative of “Memorial”, the 2022 Nobel Peace Prize-winning human rights group.
